I loved the hotel's cozy and gorgeously decorated rooms, but missed out on the classic Amsterdam views since we didn't face the river. The service was top-notch with a few minor exceptions. The location was superb, close to many attractions and transportation options. The dining experience was excellent overall despite some quirks. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms, even though a bit outdated, were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The indoor pool was fantastic, and the staff made our early check-in seamless, allowing us to relax by the pool with a cup of hot tea. The dancing exercise program in the pool was so much fun, and the spa helped ease some back pains. The location over the river added to the charm of this place.
